An easy way to use delicious DIY Laura® Soymilk.  You can make the recipe as shown or change it to meet your personal tastes.  I even add some kale and cilantro if you want some healthy green in there. 🙂  Quick and easy.  My favorite time for a smoothie is right after a run or bike ride to replenish and refresh!
