Kongjang Korean Soybeans Recipe
Add to your instant pot:
1 – Vegan bouillon cube
1/2 cup of water
3 minced cloves of garlic
2 sliced scallions
2 and 1/2 cup cooked Laura® Soybeans How to Cook Laura Soybeans
1 Tbsp and 1 Tsp of sesame oil
3 Tbsp of Tamari
1/4 cup Japanese Rice Wine
2 Tbsp of Agave
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes; then 10 minutes of natural release, then 10 minutes of quick release
Set Instant to Saute and add:
2 Tbsp of water mixed with 1 and1/2 Tbsp of corn Starch then add to pot
Also add 1 Tbsp of water
Press cancel and stir for 3 to 4 minutes, then keep warm until ready to serve.
